1. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
The item is returned in its original packaging, with all tags still attached
You have your order number or proof of purchase
The item is not listed as final sale, personalized, or intimate wear
2. How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange, please contact us at:

Include the following details:
Your name
Order number
The item you wish to exchange
The size, color, or item you’d like instead
Our team will respond within 2–4 business days with approval and instructions.
3. Exchange Process
Once your original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item (if in stock) within 2–4 business days.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you the option of a refund, store credit, or waitlist for restock.
Exchanges are limited to one time per item/order.
4. Shipping for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchange items, unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
We’ll cover the shipping cost for the new item sent to you (for domestic orders).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
5. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not accept exchanges for:
Final sale items
Gift cards
Personalized or customized items
Intimate wear (e.g., underwear)
