At Todd Davidson Smith, we want you to love what you wear. If your item doesn’t fit quite right or you’d prefer a different color or size, we’re happy to help with an exchange — within our guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, with all tags still attached

  • You have your order number or proof of purchase

  • The item is not listed as final sale, personalized, or intimate wear


2. How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us at:

Include the following details:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • The item you wish to exchange

  • The size, color, or item you’d like instead

Our team will respond within 2–4 business days with approval and instructions.


3. Exchange Process

  • Once your original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item (if in stock) within 2–4 business days.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you the option of a refund, store credit, or waitlist for restock.

  • Exchanges are limited to one time per item/order.


4. Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchange items, unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

  • We’ll cover the shipping cost for the new item sent to you (for domestic orders).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.


5. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Intimate wear (e.g., underwear)
